Keith Carlson has worked for several years as a historian for the Stó:lö Nation in Chilliwack, BC. He is the editor of "You are Asked to Witness: The Stó:lö in Canada's Pacific Coast History".

Albert McHalsie is the father of Katherine and has worked to promote and preserve tradional Stó:lö culture for years.
