Die bisherige Zur ckhaltung der Pflegedidaktik, Modelle f r das virtuelle Lernen zu entwickeln, k nnte auf zwei Kritikpunkte zur ckgef hrt werden - der bisher zu geringen didaktischen Untermauerung und dem oft beklagten Ph nomen der Vereinsamung vor dem PC. Auf der einen Seite trat nach einer anf nglichen Euphorie der Online-Bildung eine Phase der Ern chterung ein, in der sogar Devisen wie "Technologie ist out und Bildung in" laut wurden. Es hat sich gezeigt, dass Online-Bildung mehr sein muss als eine Adaption von Altbew hrtem auf ein neues Medium. Sie sollte sich den individuellen Lernbed rfnissen und Voraussetzungen der Lernenden anpassen und ist damit auf einem fundierten didaktischen Konzept aufzubauen. Zudem entspricht das reine Vermitteln von Fachwissen, den Anforderungen einer sich st ndig wandelnden Zeit nicht. Wissen muss aktiv durch eigenst ndiges Lernen, erworben werden. Demzufolge ist die F rderung der Lernenden hinsichtlich der Lern- und Methodenkompetenz beraus wichtig, um sie zum selbstst ndigen Arbeiten zu bef higen und somit auch auf lebenslanges Lernen vorzubereiten. Hinsichtlich der Erarbeitung einer didaktischen Grundlage ist es besonders evident, die ver nderten gesetzlichen Anforderungen durch das neue Lernfeldkonzept zu ber cksichtigen. Auf der anderen Seite sind immer wieder kritische Stimmen zu vernehmen, welche vor allem das vereinsamte Lernen am PC, fernab von jeglichem sozialen Kontakt, akzentuieren. Das Lernen in virtuellen Welten sei zwar f r den Erwerb spezifischer Fachkompetenz geeignet, lasse aber keinen sozialen Austausch und erst recht kein soziales Lernen zu. Gerade im Pflegeberuf, der einen einf hlsamen Umgang mit Menschen erfordert, sind soziale Fertigkeiten wie Sozial und Selbstkompetenz, Kommunikations- und Konfliktf
