In the present article, the effect of relative humidity and thermal comfort conditions of the air of internal conditioned workplace areas to the change of sterilization efficiency with ultraviolet radiation UV-C will be studied. The conditions for thermal comfort in conditioned workplace areas and the effect of these conditions in the sterilization efficiency of the air will be reported. Experimental measurements of scientists is the main information resource of this research. The general conclusion that results, is that as the relative humidity increase, the sterilization efficiency decrease. In addition, the change of sterilization efficiency in regard to the relative humidity of the air, is different depending on the type of microorganism.
