Ferner beschäftigt sich der Autor mit dem aktuellen inklusiven Diskurs. Hier versucht er Juuls Denken mit dem Ansinnen der Inklusion in Beziehung zu setzen. Wenngleich er an einigen Stellen Kohärenz nachweist, illustriert er ebenso die Grenzen, insbesondere die schulische Entwicklung im Feld der Inklusion betreffend. Juul wird als relevanter, d. h. kompetenter Gesprächspartner im gegenwärtigen pädagogischen Diskurs begriffen. Wesentliche Elemente seines Denkens werden abschließend kritisch gewürdigt.

The close relationship between motion (bodily movement) and emotion (feelings) is not an etymological coincidence. This edited volume discusses UNESCO's contributions to inclusive education over the past 20 years, the normative and technical leadership roles this organization has been playing together with its peers and competitors in educational development, and the current status of this issue in academic debates, as well as conceptualizations from different cultures.
