Widowed Mary Bolton, like Miss Jean Brodie, considers herself in her prime. Not satisfied with car boot sales, dances at the bowling club and reading to the elderly, she throws herself into bellringing with gusto - much to the annoyance of her neighbours. But when the industrious Mary is found swinging from a bell rope, Jessica Brand - who only days before had threatened to strangle Mary with the very same rope - fears she will be accused. There's nothing left to do but call in private detective Agatha Raisin to untangle the web of sex, money, deceit ... and murder.

Thirty seven children, along with their bus driver, have been kidnapped on their way to school. They’ve been hidden away in a location known only to the kidnappers, and booby-trapped so that explosives will go off at 5 PM, unless the kidnappers receive their demands. What they want is simple: Joey Justice. They want to trade Joey to Esteban Fernandez for the bounty, and they’ll kill the children unless it happens. The city’s FBI chief, Marcus Moore, orders Justice Security to call in a specialist in child abduction cases to help find the children…Nicholas Turner. Marcus also knows that Nicholas will bring his secret weapon along with him – his half-angel daughter, Madeline. Justice Security finds the kidnappers with plenty of time to save the children. But, when an unfortunate accident kills the kidnappers before the location of the children can be revealed, all seems lost. However, Joey comes up with a solution that only Madeline can help them with. Why not go to Hell and ask the kidnappers? Going to Hell is dangerous, and there’s always a mortally high price to pay when someone starts ringing Hell’s Bells. Who lives? Who dies? Find out what happens when Justice Security goes to Hell in the eleventh Justice Security story from T. M. Bilderback – Hell’s Bells!

Sophie Keyes has made a mistake that might destroy the universe. The Traveler has an offer: go back in time, fix your mistake, and save the world. Easy. Except that fixing Sophie's mistake means destroying her life, and Lincoln Marshall won't stand to see that happen. Not if he can time travel with them to find another way. Their attempt to jump into the past goes awry and dumps them into Reno 2006, where Elise Kavanagh is in hiding with James Faulkner. It's a delicate moment in the timeline, and if Lincoln takes a single wrong step, he'll change everything. He can't go to Elise for help. He can't speak to the woman he's loved for years, touch her again, kiss her... Not unless he's willing to bring the universe that much closer to destruction. For the Godslayer, Lincoln might be willing to lose it all. For the Traveler, it might be a step too far. War is breaking out in Reno 2006, and the consequences threaten to ripple through time--assuming that they don't make the entire world fall apart first. Book 3 of the A Fistful of Daggers series.

John Grey is dead... and that's just the beginning. Purgatory should have been a safe haven for souls that belong neither in Heaven nor Hell, but instead John finds himself in a corrupt prison, one bereft of freedom or pleasure. Along with his decedent friend Dante, John makes a brave escape, only to fall straight down to Hell and into the arms of Rimmon, a handsome incubus. John is soon recruited as Hell's ambassador, visiting the afterlife realms of other cultures to enlist an army strong enough to stand against Heaven. As interesting as his new job is, John's mind keeps returning to Purgatory and the souls still trapped there. Somehow John must stop a war he doesn't believe in and liberate Purgatory, all while desperately trying to attract the attention of an incubus whose heart belongs to another. Arthur S. Harrell has been writing since the 1920s when he was an elementary school student. His relationships and interactions with others have been captured in Time Well Spent. He and his brother pooled their caddying tips to take their suffering mother to the dentist, and, later, he was horrified when he had to help his dad prepare a corpse for their poverty-stricken neighbor. In the U.S. Navy, his love of the written word was immediately noticed, and he was put on track to become Chief Yeoman. Violence is in the background of his war stories, as his memories are about outstanding ship captains and rotten crab cakes. He gives details of what Pearl Harbor was like when his ship arrived after the attack. He also gives details of Nagasaki after the bombing, and the sailors who could hardly wait to go there so they could “kick some ass.” His description of a shadow on the bridge paints a vivid picture of the bomb effects. “ . . . all the juices had been cooked out of a human body, leaving behind this grisly remnant of true disaster.” Each chapter is a vignette of life with an encouraging positive outlook.
