Bits isn't working right now, and instead spends her days in VR, making necessary additions to the immersion's neglected night sky. When Dolly shows up with a problem that needs solving, Bits can't just boot her. Especially not when she finds out Bristol's been arrested and they have a narrow window of opportunity to bust her out. There's something wrong, more than jail, more than the effects of all that time in VR, but she can't remember. She and Dolly have to hit the road first and figure out the details later, because if they lose track of Bristol now, they might never get a second chance.

Riding his bike home from the library, Sean Sharpe finds out that the world isn't quite as average as he'd originally thought. After narrowly surviving an attack by a mysterious assailant, he is approached by another stranger--one who claims to be a Hunter. He tells Sean that his attacker was one of the Nephilim; half human spawn of fallen angels who have taken the form of creatures of the night. Even worse, the Hunters believe that the Nephilim will want revenge for killing one of their own. Sean is faced with a bitter reality; the world may not be average, but he is. There is nothing special about him. If he is going to survive, he will have to learn to be more than average. But will it be enough?

Hunted Hunters is an action packed adventure story featuring Mountain Climbing, Cliff Dancing, Hang Gliding, Boating and Murder; with a Constitutional, Save Freedom of Speech, twist. Our heros, Mickey Swift and Marie Sweet team up as Photographer and Investigative Reporter to get a story about a phony Animal Rescue Shelter operating under a Government Tax Exemption Grant. Marie got the story lead from the director of the California FBI Bureau Office. Paul Du Pree, Maries spurned ex, fed her the info in an attempt to win back her affections. Paul was bound and determined to control her life with the story leads he knew she needed. Unbeknown to Mick; he was standing in Pauls way. The Animal Shelter was privately guarded and well hid behind Cal Con Labs and a National Forest. Cal Con Labs was in its self a clandestine operation. They were in the process of formulating synthetic drugs and testing the drugs on teen runaways and child laborers in an experimental confined study. While investigating, they run into some Crazed CEOs who have a passion for slaughtering caged wild animals for their own amusement and Blood Thirsty Business Rituals. Dangers multiply swiftly when Marie is caught off-guard while snooping around. Mick becomes emotionally distraught at the thought of losing his lover and mate; while his animal instincts take control of his body and mind. Micks instincts and the fresh mountain air wasnt the only thing affecting him. He also discovers a spring in the forest he labeled, Hummingbird Valley; but even in the Garden of Eden there were unknown dangers! Author's Event: Author of Hunted Hunters and Suicide Strap M.G. Marzen is having a speaking engagement for the College of Complexes on December 5th, 2009 at the Lincoln Restaurant, 4008 N. Lincoln Ave., Chicago, IL. He will be performing his award-winning one act play, The Constitutional Argument and will be presenting information about his two books mentioned above. Book signings will then follow afterwards. As time passes things do change. When I was a child coon hunting and selling furs was a must for many famlies to survive. Some famlies lived on wild game through the winter for survival for their famlies. You will read all about this in the stories that I have collected from avid coon hunters. I have lived in Schuyler County all my life, I have had a lot of things happen in my sixty-nine years. I have been run off the road by other drivers, also did things that people go to jail for today. I also coon hunted from the time I was able to. I been lost many a night, ran out of gas on the river with other hunters, but it never stopped us from going again the next night. When buying furs some people did not know one amimal from another, as you will read in on of my friends story, who was also a fur buyer. If you have hunted at all you will enjoy this book and will even bring some of your own memories alive.

Shortlisted for the 2015 Thwaites Wainwright prize for nature writing Richard Askwith wanted more. Not convinced running had to be all about pounding pavements, buying fancy kit and racking up extreme challenges, he looked for ways to liberate himself. His solution: running through muddy fields and up rocky fells, running with his dog at dawn, running because he's being (voluntarily) chased by a pack of bloodhounds, running to get hopelessly, enjoyably lost, running fast for the sheer thrill of it. Running as nature intended. Part diary of a year running through the Northamptonshire countryside, part exploration of why we love to run without limits, Running Free is an eloquent and inspiring account of running in a forgotten, rural way, observing wildlife and celebrating the joys of nature. An opponent of the commercialisation of running, Askwith offers a welcome alternative, with practical tips (learned the hard way) on how to both start and keep running naturally – from thawing frozen toes to avoiding a stampede when crossing a field of cows. Running Free is about getting back to the basics of why we love to run.

Good thing, because he's being chased by not one but two goddesses of the hunt - Artemis and Diana - for messing with one of their own. Dodging their slings and arrows, Atticus, his apprentice Granuaile and his wolfhound Oberon are making a mad dash across modern-day Europe to seek help from a friend of the Tuatha Dé Danann.
